Choosing a drain by location

This range covers the three places a building sheds water: the roof, finished floors inside the building, and external or below-grade areas. Fanoos supplies 26 roof, floor and area drains from its Jeddah base to contractors, consultants and project owners across Saudi Arabia, on a quotation basis — select the models your project needs and request a project quotation.

Roof drains in this range

For flat and low-slope roofs the range includes the Scupper / Parapet Roof Drain 4020, the Small Sump Roof Drain 4050 and Large Sump Roof Drain 4080, promenade deck models for trafficked roof areas (4070S and 4090), the Gutter or Cornice Roof Drain 4150H, and the Roof Deck Indirect Waste Receptor 4130 for discharges that must not connect directly. Roof drain accessories (8010 and 8020) complete the installation.

Floor drains and cleanouts

Finished-floor models include the Finished Floor Drains 5010S, the Finished Indirect Waste Drain 5010F, Multi Inlet Floor Drains 5030S and Finished Floor Drains with Trap 5040S where an integral trap is required. For access and maintenance, the range carries Finished Floor Cleanouts (6010R, 6010S and 6020S) and the FD 6010RC Cast Iron Cleanout for heavy-duty locations.

Area drains and planting drains

Area drainage is covered by deep, large and small sump area drains (5060D, 5080RB, 5080SB, 5070RB, 5070SB and 5070WS), the Deep Sump Area Drain Receptor 5090G, and Planting Drains 5210 and 5220 for landscaped areas.
